Nation Rise Consultancy Services (referred to here as we, us or our) operates the website at nationrise.in. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your information in line with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

When you submit our consultation / contact form, we collect the details you provide:

  • The name of your organisation
  • Email address and phone number
  • The area of interest you select and the message you write

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you requested
  • To assess grant eligibility and prepare relevant recommendations for your NGO
  • To follow up on an ongoing engagement and send related updates
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website

We use your information only for the purposes for which you shared it. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily complete and send the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into any engagement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at contact@nationrise.in.

4. How your information is shared

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site and communicate with you. They process data on our behalf and only as needed:

  • Google Workspace (Google LLC), for our contact@nationrise.in inbox, used to receive and reply to your enquiry.
  • Vercel Inc., for website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request from a government authority.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

This site uses only the minimal cookies required for it to function and load fonts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser settings let you control or block cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and engagement information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed
  • Withdraw consent and lodge a grievance

This website and our services are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
