How we get you funded
- 01Week 1 – 2
Pre-feasibility & district survey
Identify geography; baseline soil, water, livelihood, SHG data; align to scheme norms.
- 02Week 2 – 4
POPI / IA empanelment
Empanel with the NABARD regional office; secure DDM-NABARD endorsement letter.
- 03Week 4 – 8
DPR & participatory plan
DPR with PRA, GIS maps, beneficiary contribution model, gram-sabha resolution, exit plan.
- 04Week 8 – 10
Submission to NABARD RO
Submit DPR; negotiate cost-sharing; set up SHG/FPO bank linkage and PFMS arrangements.
- 05Week 10 – 28
Project Sanctioning Committee
Defend project before NABARD PSC; sign MoU; receive Phase-I capacity-building grant.
- 06Week 28 – 52
Implementation & convergence
Run activities; draw output-linked tranches; file UC + concurrent monitoring report.
